The terms say a specific promotion rule beats the general rule. For any bonus that does not set its own bet cap, the maximum bet is $10 (or €10). A larger bet can void the winnings from that promotion. The coupon balance has to be under $1 before you redeem. Only one promotion is allowed at a time, unless the casino says otherwise. Deposit bonus money is for wagering and is not itself a withdrawable balance. When you request a payout, the initial bonus amount is deducted. You also cannot withdraw an amount lower than the bonus.
